• The World Health Organization’s Global Observatory for eHealth systems (GOe). The GOe was a WHO worldwide instrument for promoting best practices in telemedicine and eHealth.
• The hosting of the first International Digital Health Conference in Nigeria in partnership with Ericsson, NCC, NITDA and other stakeholders in 2008.
• The hosting of the 17th International Congress of the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth in 2012.
• The development of the first State Digital Health Strategic Framework and Policy document by the Federal Capital Territory in 2012.
• The development of the first National Health ICT Strategic Framework document 2015 – 2020.
• The “End Term Evaluation Report for the “National Health ICT Strategic Framework document 2015 – 2020”.
• The development of the National Digital Health Strategy Framework and Policy document 2022 – 2026.

The Society continues to work with stakeholders to create a network of experts that support the development of national and regional strategy for successful and progressive digital health solutions.
The Society has also been a strong advocate of digital health solutions as a means of achieving Universal Health Coverage to the Federal government and State governments at large.
The Society welcomes all persons and groups or organizations with interests in the use of digital health solutions for the purpose of healthcare improvement.
